VSI DECset Version 13.0-3 for OpenVMS X86_64, IA64, and Alpha Systems

    VSI DEC Test Manager (DTM) Version 4.5-7 for OpenVMS X86_64, IA64, and Alpha
     Systems

        VSI DTM V4.5-3, V4.5-4, V4.5-5, and V4.5-6 were not released.

	VSI DTM V4.5-7 has no code changes from version V4.5-2 of DTM.
	What did change is the mechanism by which DTM is built; most of the
	DECset products now follow a common build and packaging procedure.

        DTM V4.5-2 had two bug fixes:

            DEC Test Manager (DTM) Missing /ERROR= qualifier in 
            DTM$$TEST_RUN.COM procedure (VSI BZ 3227)

                This procedure is generated whenever a new test collection is
                created.  Prior to this fix, several DCL OPEN and READ
                statements did not have any error handling, which could lead to
                misbehaviour in the event of a disk running out of space or a
                hardware error.

            DTM$$TEST_RUN.COM does not properly handle default directories that
            are search lists (Internal to VSI report)

                This problem has been fixed.

        All versions of VSI DTM check for a license PAK from VMS Software, Inc.
