VSI DECset Version 13.0-3 for OpenVMS X86_64, IA64, and Alpha Systems

    VSI Module Management System (MMS) Version 4.0-5 for OpenVMS X86_64, IA64,
     and Alpha Systems

        VSI MMS V4.0-2, V4.0-3, and V4.0-4 were not released.

	VSI MMS V4.0-5 has no code changes from prior VSI versions of MMS.
	What did change is the mechanism by which MMS is built; most of the
	DECset products now follow a common build and packaging procedure.

        VSI MMS V4.0-1 was functionally equivalent to HP's MMS V3.9-1, with the
        following change:

            The DECwindows interface to MMS on IA64 now works as expected.  It 
            did not work in the prior two releases of HP DECset.  MMS on 
            OpenVMS Alpha did not have this problem.

        All versions of VSI MMS check for a license PAK from VMS Software, Inc. 
        You must have a license PAK from VMS Software, Inc. to use this product.
